The Company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sumitomo Mitsui DS Asset Management Company, Limited (former Daiwa SB Investments Ltd.), an asset management company based in Japan.
Following the merger of Sumitomo Mitsui Asset Management and Daiwa SB Investments to form Sumitomo Mitsui DS Asset Management in April 2019, the Company merged with Daiwa SB Investments (Singapore) Ltd. in June 2020.
